What the chain can tell us
Protected transactions are measurable. First-time splitting needs more evidence.
The Beta implementation accepts the replay-protection locktime marker 499999999. At least one non-final input sequence is also necessary for this marker to make the transaction non-final on Bitcoin.
A marked transaction may move coins that were already split. A reliable split-value metric needs pre-fork outpoint membership, input values, canonical confirmations and reorganisation handling. That index is not connected, so no split total is published.
BitWindow download clicks and split-guide interactions are marketing events. They do not confirm downloads, installations, completed splits or unique people.
